The 12th of February of 2017, come to our "matança do Porco" event

11H Taste the pork (around 30m outside)

Traditional snacks made from the pork plus bread, regional red wine, sangria and sodas

13H regional lunch buffet

(there will be food other than the one from the pork)

  • Snacks made from the pork 
  • Traditional soup
  • "Laburdo" Alcains style served with beans and orange
  • Ribs rice with chorizo sauce;
  • "Papas de Carolo" from Beira Baixa, "Tigelada" from Castelo Branco and season fruits.

  • Water, sodas, white and red regional wine and coffee
